This Motorcycle Tour is designed for those who wish to Explore Leh Ladakh Himalayan Mountains in a Week only. To save entire week long Journey from Manali to Leh we start this Tour from Leh, the Major district of Ladakh region.

Leh Essential Motorcycle Tour offers Four major segments - Leh Local & Manali Direction (Shanti Stupa, Shey Monastery, Leh Mall Road), Kargil Direction (Indus - Zanskar Confluence, Village Basgo, Alchi Monastery), Pangong Tso (Chang La 17590 Ft.), Nubra Valley (Khardung La 18379 Ft.). All the Four segments are completely different and must to see on Motorcycle Trips in Leh Ladakh.

Note - We suggest you to reach New Delhi a day prior, to your Flight scheduled to Leh. After landing Leh, meet Sand2Snow Representative. You will be transferred to Hotel to meet your Travel Team as well as Royal Enfield Motorcycles. As the sudden Altitude gain, you may feel little uncomfortable. We suggest you to take rest till afternoon, have Garlic soup to regain. Day 1 is reserved for Acclimatization.

Day 1 Delhi to Leh (Domestic Flight)

You will have a Morning Domestic Flight from Delhi to Leh. To get this Flight easily, we suggest you to reach Delhi one Night prior to your scheduled Flight. You will be received by Sand2Snow Representative at Leh Airport and will be transferred to Hotel in a Private Taxi. Take rest till afternoon and have an evening visit to Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and Leh Local Market. Have a Ride briefing session and Stay for the Night in Hotel.

Day 2 Leh (Acclimatization & Local sightseeing) 140 Kms.

Today you will meet your Adventure Ride Partner the Royal Enfield Motorcycle, The Tour Leader and CREW Members. Have breakfast and have an hour session to understand the safe riding and small maintenance of your Motorcycle.
Today we will be visiting Beautiful Confluence of Zanskar and Indus river, Scenic villages Basgo and Nimbu, Alchi Monastery, Magnetic hill. Evening free and Stay for the night in Hotel.

Day 3 Leh - Khardung La - Nubra Valley 160 Kms.

Today will be crossing world's Highest Motorable Mountain Pass Khardung La (18380 Ft). After having Breakfast ride to Khardungla . Enjoy the Top view of Himalayan Mountain Peaks and continue Ride to the Cold Desert of Nubra Valley. Will be crossing through a large Statue of Buddha at Diskit and reach the Hundar village. Evening free to explore Sand dunes, Double Hump Camel Safari. Night stay at a Hotel / Camp.

Day 4 Nubra - Khardung La - Leh 160 Kms.

Explore the villages of Hunder and Diskit and then, the Panamik hot water springs, where you may
take a few dips to give yourself a therapeutic sulfur water treatment. After that we will head towards Leh. Evening Free at Leh, Night stay in Hotel.

Day 5 Leh - Pangong Lake 170 Kms.

After Breakfast ride to Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), through Changla Pass 17,350 ft., it is the third highest Motorable road in the world. Arrive Pangong, which is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake. Overnight in camp.

Day 6 Pangong Lake - Leh 170 Kms.

After Breakfast drive back to Leh on the route visit Shey (was also built in 1655 on the instructions of
Deldon Namgyal, in the memory of his late father, Singay Namgyal, within the palace complex. The
monastery is noted for its giant copper with gilded gold statue of a seated Shakyamuni Buddha) and
Thiksey Monastery. Evening free, Night stay in Hotel.

Day 7 Leh - New Delhi (Domestic Flight)

Your Leh Essential Motorcycle tour to Indian Himalaya comes to an end! In the morning, you will be transferred to Leh Airport to take a domestic flight to Delhi. From Delhi you may catch respective flights for your Country.

Any Air/ Bus/ Taxi/ Jeep fare which is not mentioned in What is Included Section.
Expenses of Personal nature like laundry, telephone/ fax calls, mineral water, alcoholic beverages, entrance and camera fee at monuments/ museums, medical expenses, gratuities, any fine etc.
Any kind of Insurance, such as accident, theft, medical, evacuation etc.
Any item, activity or facility other than clearly mentioned within the Inclusions & Itinerary above.
Cost of Fuel & Spare parts of any kind, Bike maintenance etc. (If you are joining with your Own Motorbikes).
Any entry fees, any tips, porter/ pony charges or any other expenses incurred by the participants during the sightseeing trips, other than as clearly mentioned within the Inclusions and Itinerary.
Any extra costs incurred due to extension/ change of the itinerary due to natural calamities, road blocks, Rescue or Evacuation, Vehicle breakdown etc. factors beyond our control.
Motorcycle Damage Cost, if the expenses are more than $80.
